Noise
The quite time is from 10 pm to 8 am and guests must be respectful of neighbors in basement apartment and next door.
Damage deposit can be used for noise complaints.
Smoke free Property
100% Smoke-Free property due to British Columbia’s No Smoking Laws. Smoking is not allowed in any of the guestrooms, decks, on the patios, lawns, or within 7 meters (25 feet) of the house. This Smoke Free Policy includes: incense, candles, and the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems – known as vaporizers, e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-hookahs and e-pipes. If smoking occurs in any of the non-smoking areas, there will be a $220 cleaning fee per night added to your invoice. This policy is strictly enforced.
Damages
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
